Five. Whole. Years.
That’s how long it’s been since we last gathered for the NH Conference for Women. Since then? Life has been . . . a lot. For all of us!
So much has changed. The world has shifted. We’ve shifted. We’ve faced uncertainty, a global pandemic (and the DIY haircuts), an unsettling political climate, economic challenges, aging, losses and grief, good times and bad. Some of us have reinvented ourselves, reprioritized, found strength we didn’t even know we had, and some have even been brought to their knees.
I personally have rolled up my sleeves and done a little heart renovation – think less HGTV, more WTF-is-next. I’ve gotten quiet, gotten clear, sat with the feelings and done the deep, gritty yet beautiful inner work. I’ve asked myself the hard questions and peeled back layers. I set boundaries that made me incredibly uncomfortable. And now? I’m ready to pull back the curtain and show up even more fully – heart wide open, even more vulnerable and if I actually liked glitter, it would be flying unapologetically.
I am inviting you into this chapter. On Thursday, April 24th, the NH Conference for Women makes its glorious return at the DoubleTree Hotel in Manchester, NH – and if you’ve ever needed a day to fill your cup, find your people, dance, laugh, learn and reignite that inner fire, THIS is it!

It’s also the 18th anniversary of Women Inspiring Women – our amazing community that has empowered and connected thousands of women since it’s big launch on the shores of my beloved Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith in 2007. The Lakes Region is where I grew up and also started my first business in 1989!

Leslie Sturgeon is the spirited founder of Women Inspiring Women, and has been described as a reformed shy girl, a serial entrepreneur, a tireless leader of women in New Hampshire, a crazy dog lover and as someone who tackles life’s challenges head on with a positive attitude. She has spent her life learning about herself, taking massive action outside of her comfort zone and lived to talk about it. Leslie has “been there” and continues to transform into the best version of herself right along side you. She lives life without regret while embracing today and overflowing with excitement about what is yet to come. Leslie also likes girl talk and chocolate and laughing so hard she snorts or pees (sometimes both simultaneously).
