LINDA PEARL
So much good stuff has been happening for Linda Pearl of the Patchwork Pearl and One Quilting Circle:

  • For many years she wanted to interview the folks at Keepsake Quilting and finally got her chance!
  • She was interviewed and featured in Teri Lucas blog Terifications this past month. That’s a very well respected blog in the art quilt world.
  • Linda will be presenting at the New England Quilt Museum next month as part of their panel discussion on New England Quilt Teachers.
  • She recently unveiled a new program for quilters so stay tuned for more details!

MARYLENA SEVIGNEY
Marylena Sevigney of Mindful Making and Design, an interior design firm that focuses on creating spaces for human wellness and eco-responsibility, was recently chosen as a scholar for the American Society of Interior Designers, 2019 Ones to Watch Program. She is one of eight people who were chosen to go through a two-year leadership training program that includes one-on-one and group coaching, experiental teaching and personalized mentoring. Sevigney was awarded under the Volunteer Leadership category. She has participated in various volunteer programs over the years, including the UNH Extension Master Gardener Program, and most recently The UNH Schoolyard SITES program, where she was paired with two fourth-grade teachers from Rochester to help incorporate hands-on science education into the existing curriculum. She is looking forward to the journey ahead to build her leadership skills while growing her design business in and around central and southern New Hampshire. ANGI FRANCESCO
The Squam Lakes Association (SLA) is delighted to welcome our pal Angi Francesco to the staff as Director of Development. She has a deep and abiding love of the Squam Lakes and surrounding watershed. She grew up on the lake and brings with her broad knowledge and experience that makes her a wonderful fit for the Associations’ mission of protecting the natural beauty, peaceful character, and natural resources of this wonderful area.

Kelli is the Director of Development for the Mary & John Elliot Charitable Foundation.
