LISA BERMAN
Spring is that time of year when the flowers burst forth from their sedentary state. This is a time to delight in the seasons and to contemplate spring’s renewal. Note the resiliency of the flowers and how earth tends to the plants, even as they lay dormant. Bask in the anticipation that they may blossom in their own way with the coming warmth of spring.

We find ourselves ready to burst forth with renewed energy and new ideas as the days become longer and the sunshine’s warmth at our backs. Just like the flower that returns, the same but changed each spring, we too are the same, but changed with growth. This is a time to tap into the energy within and prepare to bloom and thrive. Join Lisa for her next Create a Vibration Series – Spring Renewal: A journey of self care and self discovery. This is an opportunity to gather in an intimate, sacred group, with like minded ladies as we connect, learn and grow. Explore those things that make our hearts sing. Be mindful of the ways we want to blossom this spring as we explore self care and what holds us back from caring for ourselves. Involvement in a Create A Vibration Series allows you access to a private group as well with online support. The cost of this 3 part series is $75 and for more information, visit Lisa’s Facebook page HERE.
