. . . That is what my soul said to me. When 2018 started I had big lofty goals to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Heck, I planned to build buildings just to leap over them. But my mind, body and spirit were telling me stop and smell the roses. To breath. To feel. To be. And in doing so, I found myself. Perhaps I was never missing and what has appeared over the last few months is the woman I have been waiting to meet for my entire life.
There have been exciting experiences with new people, good times and belly laughs with old friends, trips to new destinations, lots of quiet time for self-reflection, reading to stimulate my mind, a new puppy to love on, stretches out of the comfort zone, enhancements to my physical environment, tears due to a range of emotions and overwhelm from a heart full of gratitude.
What a journey I have been on this year and eagerly await to see what’s next. Let me ask you, girlfriend, when is the last time you stopped to meet or discover yourself? I urge you to sit, be still, ask yourself questions and discover that amazing woman that is inside waiting to bust out.

I guess I have been away on a very similar path tiptoeing through success minefields and trampling with more confidence on a MOMIMOMA quest = Moving Out of old places (physically), Moving Into new spaces (spiritually), Moving On (mentally), and Moving Ahead (emotionally).
I enjoy being a witness your inspiring journey these last seven years!
