Exhibitors have the opportunity to make profitable new business contacts, present products, sell goods or services and educate business owners, professional women, community leaders and decision makers at New Hampshire’s largest day-long women’s business event.

 

Here’s the Scoop . . .

  • Set up is from 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. The event runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • 6′ covered and skirted table provided along with 2 chairs. If you are bringing your own furniture/display, please advise in advance. A massage table can be substituted for the 6′ table.
  • You are encouraged to bring samples, promotional items, brochures and business cards.
  • If you would like to receive additional exposure for your business, you are encouraged to provide a small gift for a door prize drawing (i.e., complimentary one-hour consultation, gift certificates or a product from your business). It is not necessary that the product or service be from your business. Exhibitors will be given the opportunity for a 10-second business overview when awarding their door prize. All attendees will be entered into the door prize drawing and exhibitors can draw from that basket! If you are uncomfortable with public speaking, a member of the WIW team will gladly do it for you!
  • You will receive a preprinted name tag identifying your name and business, along with an exhibitor ribbon.
  • One complimentary event ticket is included which does include lunch and refreshments. If you wish to have additional individuals attending the event, tickets can be purchased at the discounted rate of $89.00.
  • There is ample parking in the SERESC parking lot.
  • SERESC provides complimentary electricity and wi-fi service; however, you must arrange for electricity with WIW in advance of the event.
  • Back walls and pipe/drape are not included. You are not allowed to attach anything to the walls or floors.
  • Signage is not provided. If you wish to bring a sign, it must be contained within your assigned area and cannot be a banner that attaches to the wall.
  • Music is not allowed and all audio visual must be contained to the assigned space. There can be no open flames or incense. Performances are not allowed. You cannot sell raffle tickets or chances.
  • Literature, promotional materials, samples, etc. cannot be distributed in public areas, on attendee tables, in restrooms, on car windshields,  or any place other than assigned space.
  • Exhibitors will be in an exhibit hall connected to the main lecture area. In order to increase traffic flow, refreshments and lunch will be served in exhibit hall and ample breaks with time to visit exhibitors will occur throughout the day. Additionally, it is our goal to sell out every single seat in the lecture hall. There may be seats at tables for exhibitors, but we can’t guarantee it. If not, there will be seats around the perimeter of the room for you to listen in on the sessions.
  • Space assignments will be made by WIW on a first-come, first-served basis and on space requirements. There will only be one exhibition space per company – for example, there will not be two Mary Kay exhibits but there may be multiple skin care businesses represented.

Members: $195.00
Non-Members: $225.00
