Deb’s journey with Dale Carnegie Training began in 1984. She worked with and for the organization until 1994 and later led Dale Carnegie Training in New Hampshire from 2005 to 2011. Through every chapter of her career—including co-founding, building, and successfully selling a people-focused tech firm—she remained deeply connected to the Dale Carnegie philosophy and its global trainer network.
Now, she’s back, bringing her wealth of experience, fresh insights, and contagious enthusiasm to help others experience the Dale Carnegie Difference firsthand.

Her organization, Women Inspiring Women, brings women together for empowerment, motivation, personal development, business resources, networking and a whole lot of fun. WIW is now recognized as the largest women’s group in the state and one of the fastest growing in New England.
Leslie is also a serial entrepreneur, having started her first business at the age of 22, over 35 years ago. Her entire career has been spent encouraging women to identify their goals and dreams, motivating them to take bold actions and then celebrating their success – whether it is to start a business, change careers, have more meaningful relationships or live the life they have always dreamed about.
It is because of this commitment, that Leslie was also named as a Women in Business Champion by the NH Small Business Administration, received two Gubernatorial Citations from NH Governor John Lynch and a NH Senatorial Commendation. She sees the potential in every NH woman and gives them the tools and resources to enhance their lives.
Notable History:
Dorothy Carnegie took control of Dale Carnegie Training after Mr. Carnegie’s death in 1955. She had the vision and is the reason Dale Carnegie Training has become a global company in over 90 countries and has maintained the standard of excellence for training and development for over 100 years. We can only imagine the conversations she had with women in the 1950’s about leading an organization while raising her daughter and changing the paradigm of the training industry.Donna Dale Carnegie, the daughter of Dale Carnegie, served as Dale Carnegie’s Chairman of the Board of Directors from January 1998 until October 2005 at Dale Carnegie’s principal place of business. Ms. Carnegie has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1998 at Dale Carnegie’s principal place of business. Donna has written several books, including “How to Win Friends and Influence People for Teen Girls.”
