Overcoming the Superwoman Complex

Superwoman Complex Small graphicMost women suffer from an affliction called “Superwoman Complex.” It’s that need to please, to be all things to all people, to solve everyone’s problems, to excel at everything she does, to be the best mom, the best wife, the best friend and daughter and to just be the best in all aspects of life. A Superwoman’s mind never stops racing and she never slows down enough to celebrate her achievements and successes. But Superwoman is chronically tired and worn out and wants the madness to end. Leslie Sturgeon, Founder of Women Inspiring Women and a Recovering Superwoman, will share strategies for how to hang up your cape and eliminate the superwoman mindset once and for all.
